"I came to Dr. Costanzo because, originally I had problems walking. My legs did not want to go anymore. I couldn’t do any yard work, help around the house or go anywhere I had to walk very much. I couldn’t even go to the store. At times when my legs hurt I would be in a bad mood and not very friendly.

Before I came to see Dr. Costanzo I went to my primary physician. I was sent for an MRI. I was then diagnosed with stenosis of the spine and told I would have to see a surgeon for relief. I asked my physician if I could see my chiropractor first to see if he could help. He gave me the OK.

"I came to Dr. Costanzo because I had restless sleep. I would toss and turn and roll around all night. I would fall asleep for 2-3 hours then I would wake up crying 6-15 times a night! I could not get a good night’s sleep and I couldn’t be a happy little girl.

Before I came to see Dr. Costanzo, my mommy read many sleep disorder books and tried many techniques suggested to her. I was observed at a pediatric sleep disorder center where they told my mom I snore. Snoring was never heard by my mommy.

Before I saw Dr. Costanzo, I was treated at the Emergency Room for sinus infections and migraines. I went to the eye doctor who prescribed pain medication, shots and glasses.

After I started chiropractic care at this office my life has improved. With only 6 months of treatment I have only had 1 headache similar to the headaches prior to treatment but with much less severity. "I came to see Dr. Costanzo because I was referred to him in 1976 by my orthopedic doctor who was unable to help me with the pain I was in. Dr. Costanzo was able to help me at that time. I was in the same condition in 2005, so I returned for more chiropractic care with Dr. Costanzo.

The pain I was experiencing caused me to be unable to walk across the street from my home to my daughter’s home without stopping 4 or 5 times, out of breath, in pain and using a cane.

Prior to seeing Dr. Costanzo, I went to my medical doctor who sent me to an orthopedic doctor who ordered a CT scan. He gave me shots in my lower back and told me another option was surgery. I returned to Dr. Costanzo for chiropractic care instead.

After I started with chiropractic adjustments and traction, I was able to walk without a cane and I can walk from my home to my daughter’s house and back again without stopping. I have also resumed my daily walks. I would refer Dr. Costanzo to anyone!!!-- Adelaide P
